CHANNEL SALES MANAGER

IDT NET2PHONE

IDT net2phone is growing! We’re expanding globally and seeking an energetic and motivated Hong Kong Channel Sales Manager to join us in an exciting ground floor opportunity with a dynamic and cutting-edge technology leader.

 

In this position you will be responsible for recruiting and managing a portfolio of high caliber external Sales Agents and Channel Partners to achieve growth goals and expand our customer base in Hong Kong. You will engage in day-to-day pre and post-sales support for these channels. You’ll become an expert on net2phone’s growing portfolio of hosted services and will manage your Agents in their representation and sale of our current and future hosted VoIP platform, SIP Trunking and call management services. Additionally, you will develop a strong understanding of net2phone’s key differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies and processes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Grow revenue and exceed objectives by recruiting, developing and managing new net2phone Agents & Partners
  • Provide day-to-day support to help Agents and Partners meet their growth commitments
  • Assist Agents with lead generation, prospecting, proposal preparation and opportunity closing and work with them to provide best-in-class implementation and post-sales support and service
  • Understand how to leveraging net2phone’s solutions can enhance Agents’ value proposition
  • Assist with ongoing Agent training, marketing, sales tools and materials and overall sales enablement programs
  • Serve as internal channel advocate to ensure Agent and customer satisfaction
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams to ensure outstanding implementation, onboarding and support
  • Participate in industry events such as trade shows and seminars

 

Qualifications for a net2phone Territory Channel Sales Manager include:

 

  • Customer-focused with a proven track record of success
  • High energy and motivation and a can-do attitude
  • Well-organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • University Graduate with minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience
  • Prior Channel Management experience in related industries and/or technologies (Hosted PBX, SIP Trunking) is a definite plus.
