Job Description

• To assist consolidating / analyzing market information and cost for Group Airfreight Team
• Follow-up shipment orders via liaising with branch offices, overseas agents and customers
• Provide full support to Operations Teams and co-operate with Sales & Marketing Team
• Promote company services / products to current customers and working partners
• Understand and illustrate shipment related regulations and requirements to branch offices, overseas agents and customers as well as maintaining rate system & tracking systems

Requirements

• F.7 or above, candidate with HD or Degree would be preferred.  Candidate with higher educational qualification and working experience would be considered as Senior Customer Services Clerk
• 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding industry
• Customer services experience preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Candidates with IELTS 5.0 or above is preferred
• Proficiency in MS office, knowledge in Excel (Pivot table and functions) & Powerpoint would be advantageous
