Responsibilities 

• Provide administrative support to Area Retail Manager and shops
• Act as communication link between office and all retail shops on daily retail operations issues
• Assist in ad hoc projects or tasks  

Requirements 

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• 1 year or above experience in retail operation experience is a MUST
• Good time management and well organized
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word and PPT) and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is preferred

 Work Location: Kowloon Bay
