Our client, a leading international events agency, is looking for an Account Director to join their office in Hong Kong.

As the Account Director you will:
– Manage clients and key account relationships
– Grow client accounts and bring in more business from them
– Lead the development of proposals/pitches in collaboration with other internal teams
– Manage the entire pitch process
– Lead and oversee proposals production
– Manage projects as necessary
– Handle and organize teams including schedules, logistics, etc.
– Ensure quality of project delivery by team

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience:
– Minimum 10 years of experience in the events industry
– Extensive experience with large scale events and big brands
– Outstanding client facing and team management skills
– Great interpersonal communication skills
– Hands on experience working in Hong Kong and China is a MUST
– Must be fluent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin is a MUST
