Job Description

Our client, international luxury brands of watch and jewelry with retails shops worldwide.

It is seeking for experienced sales staff for the shops in Macau.

Boutique Supervisor / Sales specialist x 2 vacancies (station Macau)

*housing allowance will be provided for the candidates in HK

Salary : basic plus commission (nego – depends on experiences)

For Boutique Supervisor : at least 2 years in supervisory level

For Sales specialist : GIA Cert. with 5 years luxury products for VIP customers

Sound knowledge in watch/high jewellery or luxury products
Formulate and implement the boutique action plan and coordinate with office for retail policy
Manage and oversee the sales team to achieve the turnover target
Responsible for day-to-day boutique operations and reporting
Strong motivation to establish good customer relationship and good leadership skills
