Key Objectives

• Prepare job orders, sample orders and proforma invoices
• Prepare marketing samples including packaging and posting, and maintain a track record of the samples
• Maintain the information and order processing systems up-to-date
• Perform other administrative work

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business or related disciplines
• 3 years or above work experience in customer services, export trade or related fields
• Able to work in an orderly fashion and committed to preset objectives
• Communicate effectively in English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Good computer operating skills, especially for Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
• Attentive to detail and empathic with ‘can-do’ work attitude
• Occasionally travel to China
