Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality and efficient counter services to the customers
- Issues Job Sheets, Sales order and daily service counter transactions
- Service center floor control
- Cross-sell consumer products to customers
- Provide administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Form 5 /DSE or above
- 1-2 years customer service experience in consumer products/retail sales is preferable
- Good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude
- Good communication skill in Cantonese and fair in English/ Mandarin
- Good PC knowledge in Word Processing and Excel
- Knowledge in electrical appliances / digital products is a plus
