Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of department stores including daily operations and staff issues. 
• Lead and motivate sales team to achieve sales target set by the Company. 
• Respond to all department stores' enquirers, implement Company policies and procedures. 
• Perform any ad hoc assignment when required. 

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder in relevant disciplines. 
• At least 3 years' experience in department stores sales management. 
• Good communication skills and able to build rapport with customers and stores supervisors. 
• Effective problem solving, organizing and leadership skills. 
• knowledge in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing. 
• Good communicate in English & Chinese. 
• Shift duties will be required.
