Job Description:

• The position is responsible for providing quality customer services, including handle inquiry & complaint and general administrative work at our service center.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, Fresh graduates will be considered as well
• 1 year or above relevant experience in Customer Services and Telecommunication is preferred
• Good command of written & spoken in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skill

PT Working Hour: (Mon - Sat) 1pm - 5pm, at least 4 days per week 

客戶服務員(全職/兼職)

職責：

• 負責在維修服務中心提供優質的客戶服務，包括處理顧客對產品維修的查詢和投訴，及一般文職工作。

資歷：

• 中五程度，應屆畢業生亦會考慮
• 1年或以上工作經驗，具電訊及客戶服務經驗者優先
• 良好粵語，英語及普通話
• 積極主動，有上進心及有良好溝通技巧

待遇：全職員工有酌情性花紅，超時津貼及醫療福利、星期日及公眾假期、年假12日及每月2天例假

工作地點：牛頭角/旺角

兼職工作時間：（星期一至六）下午一時至五時，一星期最少工作四天
