Job Duties:

• Responsible for general accounting duties and daily operations
• Prepare and arrange payment, bookkeeping data entry, vouchers and filing
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, schedule and management reports
• Maintain an accurate and updated database of account information
• Full set of accounts including GL, AR and FA
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines;
• 2 years accounting experience or above
• Experience in small to medium industrial companies
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Strong computer skill in MS Office and Excel Application
• Proficient in Dynamic and MYOB would be advantageous
• Be responsible, willing to learn and hardworking
• Immediately available
