Responsibilities :

• To handle full set of air import/export operation documents
• To follow up shipment status
• To monitor airline bookings and procedures
• To perform other duties as assigned by management
• To ensure maximum level of customer service and customer satisfaction
• Develop and build strong and trusting relationships with carriers
  
  

Requirements :

• F.5 / DSE or above
• Having on hand 2-3 years or above experience in Airfreight forwarding / logistics company
• Able to handle airfreight export & import documents and operations
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel & Chinese word processing;
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin;
• Responsible, independent and self- motivated;
  
  

• Immediate available or with short notice period preferred
• No shift duty required (9:00am-6:00pm)
• 5.5 Day work week
