COLLABORATE

• Monitor and supervise the daily operation of Air Freight Export Team
• Coordinate with all applicable parties for all air export shipments, including internal parties, customers, operations team, sub-contractors and overseas offices
• Assist to maintain airline network / co loader relationship to resolve issues and make related reservation
• Flight planning and/or approval of loading plan
• Monitor and ensure shipment information is updated to the system accurately and timely
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management 

 CONTRIBUTE

• Higher Diploma in Logistics or related disciplines
• 5-8 years air freight experience with at least 2 years in managerial level
• Experience in handle DG, VAL and special cargo
• Familiar with full set of air export documentation & cargo planning
• Good command of both written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, attention to details and able to work under pressure
• Shift duty and overtime work is required
