Responsibilities:

• Help Desk of IT Support & Trouble shooting
• Computer setup and software installation
• Server Backup and Maintenance
• On-site support
• Assist in ad hoc projects when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with related subject
• Minimum 1 years of experience as technical support or helpdesk
• Familiar with Windows/ Linux Server
• Knowledge of WAN/LAN networking
• Immediate available is preferred

Fresh graduate or less experience will also be considered

Working Location: Sheung Wan, Wan Chai and Tsing Yi Office
