Responsibilities:

• To maintain accurate and updated records of all pricing information and specifications of the goods from different suppliers
• Provide design layout, site measurement and assist in quotation preparation
• Monitoring and working closely with every suppliers to make sure all outstanding orders are processed on schedule
• Liaise with internal counter-parties for order follow-up and delivery issue
• Developing detailed schedule and ensure that all areas of the project stay on track
• Responsible for routine reporting

Requirements 

• Diploma or above
• 1-2 year experience of administrative duties
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

Working Location: Wan Chai
