Job Description
Job responsibility
- Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Executive
- Supervise a team of maids, arrange their daily work duties and ensure that they deliver good quality of service
- Ensure that the house is in good condition e.g. proper functioning of the surveillance system, security system, phone system, etc
- Responsible for repairing, maintenance and renovation project in the house
- Purchase and ensure good quantity of stuff stocked in the house
- Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job requirement
- Working experience in property management, building maintenance work, administrative work or secretarial work
- Able to speak and communicate in English and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal skill and problem solving skill
- Initiative, self-motivated and good sense of responsibility
- Six day work per week with ten hours per day on shift basis
- Basic monthly salary HK$45,000 or above plus double pay and discretionary bonus
