Job Description
Job requirement:
- Degree or above in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering or equivalent discipline;
- Chartered member / formal qualification is definitely an advantage
- More 10 years' relevant experience in building services coordination in Main Contractor preferably
- Independent mange E&M services sub-contractors
- Be capable to prepare combined services drawing by AutoCAD
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with PC/ AutoCAD operations
- Candidate with less experience or academic qualification will be considered as Building Services Engineer(BSE) and Assistant Building Services Engineer(ABSE)
