Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in full set of company secretarial matters and incorporation of client companies in both Hong Kong and offshore
• Update and maintain clients' statutory records and filing system;
• Handling full set of clients' accounts
• Day-to-day accounting duties including accounts payables and receivables
• Handle and follow up clients’ and remote office colleagues' inquiries and
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and tasks assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma holder in business administration, accounting, corporate governance or related disciplines
• Student member of HKICS or AAT/HKICPA QP is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably with experience in accounting and company secretarial
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Sensitive to figures, well-organized and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
