Responsibilities

• Supervise the finance and accounting team in daily operations
• Responsible for budgetary control, forecast and cash flow management
• Organize, coordinate and prepare monthly reports, annual budget and year-end financial audits
• Oversee PRC accounting and taxation matters
• Handle other ad-hoc financial and accounting analyses and reporting
• Coordinate with bankers, auditors and other professional parties
• Responsible for the internal audit work
• Perform company secretarial duties
• Responsible for secretarial work for the Finance and Internal Audit Committee meetings as well as the Annual General Meetings
• Prepare papers, reports, minutes and letters

 Requirements

• Qualified Accountant and University graduate in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 10 years of relevant accounting and auditing experience with 4 years at management level, preferably with solid experience in Non Profit Making Organizations or Tertiary Education Institutions
• Knowledge in HK and PRC accounting practices, rules and regulations, and taxation systems
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Highly motivated with strong initiative, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Willing to work long hours
• Sound PC skills in SunAccount system, MS office, Excel and Powerpoint
• Immediate availability is preferred
