Responsibilities:

• Handle corporate finance projects including IPOs, M&As, financial advisory etc
• Lead or assist in conducting due diligence
• Prepare listing documents, announcements and circulars
• Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant regulatory authorities, the implementation of different projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder, with professional qualification or MBA an advantage
• Type 6 License with 3 years of experience
• Solid experience in IPO transaction
• Good team player
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Able to meet required deadlines and work under pressure
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
