Job Description
Our client, a leading global Retail and Corporate Bank is looking for an Officer/Senior officer for their internal finance team in Hong Kong.
Job Purpose:
The position is responsible for preparation of HKMA banking returns & Head Office reports on daily, monthly & quarterly basis to meet all financial requirements of the Bank
- Preparation of vouchers & passing entries in the Finacle system on daily basis.
- Passing of entries in Finacle system such as payroll, account payable, provisions, interest suspense and income.
- Preparation of daily financial report to relevant department. (liquidity report)
- Preparation of the HKMA regulatory returns and surveys
- Preparation of Head Office reports (quarterly basis)
- Liaise with other product and supporting team when necessary to source and verify accuracy of data.
- Accounting degree or Business degree, with knowledge of bank accounting and financial reporting
- Fresher/1-2 years experience is required
- Chinese and English language skills essential
