Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor company budget and forecast
• Prepare monthly company management accounts / financial reports / cash flow analysis as well as annual budget and other related analysis reports for Management review
• Responsible for financial consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, participate statutory audit and tax compliance
• Handle full set of accounts, month/year end closing and audit schedules
• Review day-to-day work performed by subordinates
• Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Required qualifications & experience:

• Holder of Degree/Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• ACCA/HKICPA member
• At least 5-7 years solid accounting (especially in consolidation) and/or auditing experience with practical experience at supervisory level
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• With strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, mature, attentive to details and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Highly organized with excellent multi-tasking skills
• Experience in listed company is definitely an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
