Job Description
The job holder’s key responsibilities are:
-
Handle Account receivable, Account payable and General Ledger daily transactions, including create AP invoices and prepare payment/receipt/GL vouchers.
- General Accounting clerical duties, such as documents scanning and filing.
- Assist in ad-hoc assignment
Requirements :
-
Form 5 or above with 1 year related experience
- Hands on experience with ERP SYSTEM (SAP preferred)
- Proficiency in using MS Word and Excel
- Able to work independently, well organized and attentive to details
- Immediate available is preferred
