Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general accounting operation, bookkeeping and system data-entry
- Handle payments & receivables, bank reconciliation, petty cash, outstanding invoices, etc.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly accounting reports
- Handle general office administrative work, supplies and services
Requirements:
- Diploma or LCC Intermediate in Accounting, with 3 years’ relevant experience
- Prior experience in trading or wholesale office an advantage
- Good numeric sense and detailed minded
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of basic accounting software
