Responsibilities:

1. To report to the Executive Director and the Head of Accounts Department;
2. To perform routine accounting duties, include review / preparation of accounting vouchers, invoice, receipt etc.;
3. Responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecast, treasury and preparation of management account / analysis;
4. To ensure compliance with Government and funding bodies’ requirements, prepare funding request and related financial reports;
5. To liaise with external auditor, government departments, funders etc.;
6. To coach and supervise junior accounting staff;
7. To assist Head of Accounts Department in handling administration matters of office when necessary;
8. To be on duty at Festival events if required; and
9. To undertake any other related duties as assigned by the Executive Director and the Head of Accounts Department.

Qualifications:

1. Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline;
2. Minimum 5 years solid experience in accounting;
3. Self-motivated, independent, initiative, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline; and
4. Proficient in MS Office and accounting software FLEX would be an added advantage

This is a contract post renewable on a yearly basis.
