Duties:

• Handle daily A/P, A/R, data input, prepare invoices & cheque payment
• Handle administrative duties & clerical support to Sales Department

Requirements:

• F.5 with LCC Intermediate or above
• At least 3 years relevant working experience
• Able to handle full sets of account independently
• Proficiency in computer skills (e.g. MS Office, Chinese word processing & MYOB etc)
• Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese
• Good telephone manner, interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibilities, self-motivated
• Good organizing ability with mature & pleasant character
