Responsibilities

• Assists in project coordination & liaison with Suppliers & Clients
• Handle correspondence, reports and presentation materials
• Provide secretarial support to Project Manager
• Perform general project administrative and co-ordination work and handle ad hoc assignments

What we are looking for

• Higher Diploma in e-commerce, marketing , business administration or related discipline preferred with an interest in art industry
• Minimum 2 years or above experience in administration duties
• Proficiency in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint , CAD, Photoshop and Acrobat
• Fluent in spoken & written English is a must and good in written Chinese and Mandarin speaking is a plus.
• Mature, Self- motivated, well organized, with a strong sense of responsibility with good interpersonal skills, good at problem solving, capable to work in team environment is a must.
• Work under pressure, willing to work overtime, need travel to China and Overseas.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
