Job Description:

Vacancy 1

• To Perform daily accounting work in head quarter,maintain all the cash, documents and objects well organized.
• To manage bankbook and check register.
• To Provide data collection and management.
• To Responsible for bank reconciliation, visit and communication in supporting of daily operations on a timely manner.

Vacancy 2

• To responsible for month end process, reports and analysis
• To management of accounting records
• To handle expenses reimbursement claims
• Other ad hoc projects and administrative support.

Job Requirements:

• From high school graduates or above with LCC&I higher diploma or other related qualification.
• Related work experience in large company is an advantage.
• Possess general accounting knowledge, proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other accounting software.
• Good command in written and spoken English &Chinese
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, responsible and independent attitude.
