Responsibilities

• Assist in general banking financing activities, including but not limited to:
  • communication with parties, namely banks, legal counsels, local Vanke in mainland/offshore and valuers, for loan Terms discussion and documentation arrangement;
  • communication with internal relative departments and companies for required information from Lenders;
  • arrangement for provision of the required documents for lender’s annual review;
  • basic financing data collection and analysis

• Assist in general treasury activities, including but not limited to:
  • handling payments relating to financing, investment and upon emergency request;
  • management of the off-shore funds and maintain financing and treasury IT system;
  • derivatives transaction;

• Assist in general SPVs management, including but not limited to:
  • preparation and provision of required documents for registration/record with relevant government departments according to the latest relevant regulation in the mainland;
  • management of SPVs: including investment documents, reinvestment filing and arrangement for Certificate of resident status etc;
  • filling of ODI equity registration and ODI statistical annual report on annual basis and foreign financial assets and liabilities and transaction statistics system on monthly basis;

• Assist in general research activities, including but not limited to:
  • analysis of general foreign exchange risks
  • analysis of general interest risks
  • research in financial derivatives

• Assist in general investment activities, including but not limited to
  • general Fund management activities
  • general equity cooperation activities

• Handle jobs in relation to financing, investment, fund management or any other areas as per business need.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above with amajor preferably in Accounting, Financing, Legal or equivalent with around 1-2 years relevantexperience;
• Strong willingness to self-development and growth for multi areas
• Well versed with MicrosoftOffice applications;
• Multi-lingual skills with high proficiency in English andChinese (including Mandarin);
• Capabilities to handle multi-tasks;
• Good Communication and Presentation skills.
