We are looking for a candidate responsible for the sales order processing. The ideal candidate is to ensure transactions, sales and customer data are properly recorded and filed in the system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with salesperson and prepare sales contract
• Filing of sales contract and keep track of the execution
• Prepare revenue reports
• Handle invoicing, update payment and follow up account receivables
• Process credit card payment and issue receipts
• Handle China sales issue
• Assist the operation of finance team
• Other ad hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or above
• The role will be part of our Finance team, candidate with accounting knowledge is highly preferable
• At least 2 years working experience in sales administration
• Proficient in computer skills and MS Excel
• Experience in Navision is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Outgoing and good communication skill
• Independent, well-organized and have strong sense of responsibility
