In view of our expanding business needs, we are looking for a high caliber candidate to join our company as an Accounts and Administrative Officer:

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accounting duties such as data entry, voucher, invoicing and filing
• Assist in month-end closing
• Assist in preparing monthly accounting schedules
• Handle payments and expense claims to issue cheques or prepare bank remittance
• Handle administrative duties such as general office administration, procurement and maintenance of office equipments and supplies, office cleaning, office insurance, etc.
• Provide general clerical support to manager
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements 

• Form 6 or above with LCCI intermediate or equivalent
• Experience in handling accounting work is highly preferred
• Proficiency in PC applications, including MS office (Excel and Word) and Chinese word processing
• Knowledge of Peachtree is an advantage
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Independent, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Immediate available is preferred
