ESTATES OFFICE

The appointee will assist in carrying out duties in planning and pre-contract stage of campus projects including capital projects, renovation and improvement works. Duties include formulating and drafting of conceptual planning/design proposals, upkeep and analysis of space inventory as well as liaison and co-ordination with government bodies, end-users and consultants. The appointee will also be responsible for preparation of design drawings, 3D rendering, material specifications, working drawings and tender documents for in-house campus projects.

Applicants should have a recognised degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture / Interior Design / Environmental Design or related disciplines, preferably with five years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in computer applications including AutoCAD and Photoshop are required. Experience in 3D Max will be an advantage. Applicants with lesser qualification or experience will be considered for the post of Officer. Shortlisted candidates are required to sit for a written test.

Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
