Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive and logistic support for Agency-wide events and activities including Red Cross International Humanitarian Law Moot, Humanity Award and Humanity Campus etc.
• Provision of administrative and clerical support to the Corporate Services Department, including handling public enquiries, managing venue booking and reception, etc.

Requirements :

• Form 5 or above, at least five passes in HKCEE, including Chinese, English and Mathematics, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience. Previous experience in event management or NGOs are definite assets (University graduate with less experience will also be considered).
• Good team player with mature interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure. Occasionally working on weekend and non-office hours are required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Photoshop
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and oral (including Putonghua)
