Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for office administration e.g. handle maintenance of office equipment & alarm system and overseas travel arrangement
• Liaise with the Building Management for property management services to provide proper working environment, such as telecom arrangement, OSH initiatives, air-conditioning, workplace facilities maintenance, lighting, pest control, carpet cleaning, etc.
• Timely update the Staff Purchase Record and independently handle the documentation as required.
• Assist the Assistant Manager on maintaining Company-wide Policy & Procedure system, monitor and initiate the review system, formulating and updating and standardizing the company forms and policies.
• Responsible for Group Medical Insurance, handle all medical claims administration, new staff enrollment and termination, claims follow-up, and liaise with insurance company about the changes of members.
• Responsible for Annual Security Access Check.
• Provide assistance to the Manager on training coordination and administration.
• Responsible for periodically update and review the staff handbooks of the whole Group.
• Perform other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above.
• 2-3 years relevant experience in HR &Administration, experience in retail industry is an advantage.
• Excellent in Chinese Word Processing, MS Excel & Word.
• Independent, responsible, detail-minded, and a good team player.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
