Responsibilities:

• Carry out administrative support;
• Assist in preparing meeting materials;
• Drafting of correspondence and circulars for communication with team members as well as public;
• Hotel booking, purchase of flight tickets and stationery ordering;
• Driver arrangement;
• Handle ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above;
• 2 years’ experience in clerical or administration work, preferably in construction projects;
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
