Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties, such as recruitment, compensation & benefit, training & development, employment relationship etc
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Work closely with HR director for supporting global HR operations
• Monitoring headcount movements, reviewing, planning and staffing in accordance with the established standard;
• Preparing regular reports and daily correspondences;
• Maintaining excellent employee relations to comply with all company HR policies and procedures;
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirement:

• Degree/ Higher Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR field, MNC experience is preferred
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
• Good planning and organizing skills, ability to handle multi-tasks and work independently
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, high level of accuracy and detail oriented  are required
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin preferable
• Immediate available is highly preferred
