Intern - Talent Acquisition APAC - Projects (2018)

 

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Through actively participating in our recruitment activities and projects, you will have a first taste and also learn about a market-leading Talent Acquisition approach

 

Key Responsibilities and Projects in bullet points:

  • Support Project Manager on various Talent Acquisition projects. E.g. conducting research, consolidating information & analysis, preparing presentation materials, organizing events, preparing team and business communications etc.
  • Projects include but not limited to e.g.  University Strategy, Talent Acquisition Global Alignment and Strategic Business Plan
  • Contribute ideas and participate in marketing adidas’ employer brand on social media, e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat etc.
  • Provide on-ground support during different Talent Acquisition and company events, e.g. video shooting, annual dinner, company sports day and employer brand party, etc.
  • Support other ad hoc assignments as and when require

 

Key Objectives:

  • Support Talent Acquisition APAC Project Manager on executing strategic business plans to contribute impactful values to the business
  • Partner with the Asia Pacific talent acquisition team by providing support to help increase the delivery and productivity for the talent acquisition in the region

  • Talent Futures

 

Required main study courses:

  • Student of Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing or similar
  • Enrolled as full time student for the complete duration of the internship
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
  • Chinese language skills (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) are beneficial
  • Attention to details
  • Self-organized and reliable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) + Photoshop skills
  • Team player who enjoys working in an international environment

Internship regulations:

  • Student must be enrolled at the university for the complete duration of the internship
  • Six month full-time internship starting in June/July 2018
