Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle food and non-food material sourcing, prepare and follow up PO with local and overseas suppliers
- Communicate closely with suppliers for product quality, pricing and delivery schedule
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the department
- Monitor inventory
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Min. 1 year' experience, preferably in food and beverage industry
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, fair in Mandarin and English
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese word processing
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and multi-tasks under pressure
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Working location: Yuen Long
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30; Sat 08:30-12:30
