Responsibilities:

• Assist superior on recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviewing and extending offer to candidates, etc
• Support business partner team to maintain tight relationship with NGO and other recruitment channels
• Proactive in understand business needs and provide timely recruitment advice and services
• Responsible for analyzing, compiling and preparing management reports
• Provide clerical and all round administration support to the HR team
• Assist in ad hoc HR-related projects

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 2 years solid experience and exposure in F&B or FMCG is an advantage
• Fluent spoken & written in English & Chinese
• Immediate available is preferable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
