Job Responsibilities: 

• To source for reliable and quality vendors for the company
• Prepare / submit for the pricing comparison and purchase orders
• Work closely with the project teams / suppliers to keep track / monitor delivery status
• Ensuring on time delivery of material and coordinating end-to-end requirement
• Administrate and keep all procurement and payment records

Job Requirements: 

• Form 5 or DSE above
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience, which in construction industry is preferred
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua
• Good team player, quality and detail oriented, good communication skills
• Well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
