Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide clerical and administration support including but not limited to handling receptionist duties, maintaining office supplies, facilities and cleanliness
- To coordinate and arrange travel booking of the team
- To maintain attendance system and prepare monthly attendance report
- To assist in ad hoc assignments / projects as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma holder and above
- Minimum 1-year experience in sizable companies is preferred
- Able to work independently, detail minded and well organized
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Fresh graduates are welcome
