Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general clerical & administrative support
- Assist in HR operation & documentation work
- Handle and screen phone calls and answer enquiries
- Place orders from suppliers and follow-up subsequently, including courier & delivery
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of English & Chinese
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Self-motivated, detail-minded, hard-working
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Immediate available is preferred
