Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general clerical & administrative support
  • Assist in HR operation & documentation work
  • Handle and screen phone calls and answer enquiries
  • Place orders from suppliers and follow-up subsequently, including courier & delivery 
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder 
  • Minimum 1  years relevant experience 
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English & Chinese
  • Good communication,  interpersonal skills and  team spirit
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded, hard-working
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediate available is preferred
