Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment for Hong Kong, including job posting, selection, interview arrangement etc.
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract talent from diverse background
• Responsible for employee onboarding, offboarding, file management and other employee service e.g visa application, employment proof etc.
• Coordinate employee relations activities and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs which drive company culture / objectives
• Execute ad hoc projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years’ HR experience in a sizable organization, preferably gained in shipping or logistics companies
• Solid understanding of HR fundamentals – recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits as well as expatriate services management
• Sound knowledge of local law & labor regulations and market practice
• Strong communication & fluency in English& Putonghua, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Understand the values of human resources from a business perspective
• Able to handle multi-task, manage time effectively and perform under pressure
• Detail-minded with good problem solving skills
• Able to manage good peer relationships with open and cross-culture minded
• Independent, mature, self-motivated and willing to work at dynamic environment
