We are currently looking for a Project Assistant  to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives. This role is a newly created opportunity and would suit a recent graduate looking to kick start their career. This role is a launch pad for a career in the IT industry in a wide range of disciplines.

What we expect you to do

• Provide complete administrative and secretarial support to Senior Executive
• Manage and coordinate logistics, schedules and all administration
• Open to learning and new ideas
• Capability of taking on new projects as required
• Have a passion for the IT Industry
• Be open to change and collaboration

• Tertiary Qualification  
• Exceptional attention to detail and people person
• Sense of urgency and flexibility ensuring deadlines are met
• Service orientated and possess a systematic, detailed approach to work
• Pride yourself on proactivity, initiative and demonstrate superior organization skills
• Excellent written and  verbal  communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Thrive in a fast paced consultancy environment
• Advanced  MS Skills
