Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
• Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Identify and source new recruitment channels
• Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
• Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

 
Requirements:

• Diploma/ Higher Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal in English, Chinese (Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS applications including Word & Excel
• Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, labor legislation and other statutory regulations related to employment
• At least 3 years relevant solid HR generalist experiences, preferably in Retail/ F&B industry
• Good team player with commitment to quality work and tight schedule; and
• Able to work independently and communicate well with people of diverse background
