Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of daily supports to the Department Head and the team
• Handle business correspondence, minutes, reports, proposals and confidential documents as required
• Schedule meetings, travel plans, business calendar and personal matters
• Follow up on the Department Head’s behalf with respective team members & colleagues on outstanding projects status
• Liaise with internal and external parties on daily operations / issues proactively and independently
• Assisting the general manager to deal with the daily affairs of the company, and coordinating with various departments
• Take up other tasks and duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above, and minimum 5 years of experience in rendering secretarial support to management. Experienced in MNC industries will be an advantage
• Solid experience in handling full set of I/E documents, invoicing, etc.
• Good command of written and verbal English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizing skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Detail-oriented, independent, with a can-do attitude
• Energetic, initiative and proactive
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
