Job Duties:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support including internal and external delivery of documents;
• Perform logical data input into a system and document filing such as printing record, inventory record etc;
• Follow up orders & delivery arrangement and inventory control such as stationery ordering, printing service arrangement, office equipment management etc;
• Assist in company activities and events, e.g. annual dinner, team building activities, sales activities etc;
• Handle ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above;
• 2 years' or above administration experience;
• Well-versed in MS Office such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill;
• Well-organized and detailed oriented;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
