Responsibilities:

• Assist in full spectrum of HR functions with main focus on compensation & benefits and HR administration etc.
• Work closely with cross-departments on staff attendance and benefit issues
• Assist in full spectrum of administrative duties including but not limited to sourcing & purchasing office supplies, manage stationary supplies, petty cash, staff purchase and admin database maintenance
• Draft and update policies for all human resources and administration functions
• Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Higher diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• 1 to 2 years related human resources and administration experience in a sizable company, preferably in FMCG industry
• Mature with good interpersonal skills, good initiative and judgement
• Able to work with people at all levels
• Well-organized, able to handle multi-tasking job with strong sense of responsibility
• Work independently, pleasant, trustworthy, positive and confident
• Proficient in computer skills including MS Excel and Chinese word processing
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as HR & Admin Executive
