We are looking for high calibre candidate to join our Legal Department to provide clerical and administrative support to legal team and company secretarial team.

 Job Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Legal Department
• Assist company secretarial matters for both listed company and private subsidiaries
• Perform proof-reading and simple translation of documents and contracts management
• Prepare weekly and internal reports and other internal documents required for the Legal Department
• Handle filing and liaising with different departments
• Handle other projects or ad-hoc duties as required

 Job Requirements

• Diploma holders or above in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Law or related disciplines
• Around 3 years of working experience as legal secretary is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• A positive team player with good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, meticulous, detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility and well-organized
• Proficient computer skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Word Processing
• Professional Chinese typing skill is essential
