Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Head of Business Management Support Department and lead the team to support the efficient business management of the Wealth Management Group.
  • Lead the team to deliver timely submission and ensure to meet the quality standard for all the related business.
  • Support and in charge of the POS/MIS as well as coordinate activities within the department.
  • Prepare timely and relevant business performance MIS for management review.
  • To coordinate and support a range of projects and tasks within Business Management to ensure all project milestones and tasks are completed as per agreed deadline.
  • Responsible for documentation, regulatory, MIS reporting and workflow analysis, etc.
  • Responsible for procedure review, regulatory inspection, audit review, operational support or other jobs assigned.
  • Formulate policies and operational work-flow to perform regularly or ad-hoc review to keep abreast of the latest development of the business and in compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Ensure the adherence of corporate governance; regulatory and business changes.
  • Handle audit review from both internal and external auditors as well as from our Head Office.

 Requirements

  • University Degree holder.
  • Motivated team player with proactive working attitude and strong sense of responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive years of working experience in business management or related areas.
  • Knowledge and experience in financial analysis and reporting or portfolio analysis.
  • Possess relevant professional qualifications within Investment and Insurance industry such as SFC, PIBA, MPF etc.
  • Independent and capable of multi-tasking with effective problem solving and project management skills.
  • Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills and problem solving skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, highly motivated.
  • Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must
