Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Customer Service and Settlement team to support the front office business and execute internal operational procedures;
• Review and update operation manual;
• Manage and control operational risks, resolve exceptions and contingency situations;
• Supervise the preparation of management reports and related regulatory returns submission;
• Support implementation of new products, projects or UAT for system enhancement
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Business Management or equivalent is preferred;
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in securities market and ideally with knowledge of asset management business;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
